Terms & Conditions

Deposit of 50% is due to book your session.*
Your initial payment/deposit is non-refundable.
Shoots will always be scheduled on a mutually agreed upon time and date based on photographer and client availability.
A client must give a 48 hour notice in order to reschedule a shoot.
Any less of a notice will incur a $75 dollar rescheduling fee.
Being more than 10 minutes late to a shoot will incur a $25 late fee.
Furthermore any session rescheduled more than once will incur a rescheduling fee regardless of advanced noticed given.
No refund will be given in the case of client cancelations.

Refunds will only be made available if I cancel or don't make  the session.
No call/no shows will be charged for the outstanding balance of the session.
I reserve the right to cancel any session if a client gives me reason to question their identity or my safety.
Final balance for any session is due at the end of the session.
Failure to make the final payment the day of the session will result in a $50 late fee being added to the final cost.
Proofs will be delivered within 48 hours of final payment for client to choose edits or retouched photos if applicable. 
Edits will be delivered 5-7 business days after client submits their final images.
Photos will be hosted on online for 30 days after edits are delivered, it is the client’s responsibility to download images while they are available.

Galleries & edits can be made available again after the 30 days but a $75 reupload fee will apply. 

Clients hold no commercial or copy rights to any photos taken unless given expressed written consent by the Branden Adams.

Pricing does not reflect any location based or studio rental costs.
